- Before the pandemic, I spun on WHRW-FM as I'd done since 1979. WHRW is a free-form station, and my program reflects that philosophy. I am currently on WRFI, Ithaca (88.1 Mhz) and WBDY-LP in Binghamton (99.5 Mhz), as shown above. Life is too short to listen to the same songs over and over again!
