Since I cannot get to the station due to the emergency, there will be no program today. - Doctor B.

"At 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, Broome County officials issued a state of emergency that closed roads in the county to all traffic except essential and emergency vehicles. States of emergency were also issued in Kirkwood, Maine, Windsor, Union and Vestal. All residents along the Susquehanna River in Windsor were ordered to evacuate. Boot of the Week #2

Frank Zappa
and the Mothers of Invention
Fillmore East
New York, NY
11/14/70 Early Show

This show is from Frank’s “200 Motels” tour. It sounds a lot like the “Freaks and Motherf**ers” bootleg, but with greatly-improved sound quality. Track 1 features Jefferson Airplane front woman Grace Slick, even though the Jefferson Airplane apparently was not on the bill that evening.

Tracks outlined in pink were deleted from the set due to FCC issues.
